Moremi Game Reserve

Covering the eastern Okavango Delta, Moremi blends permanent waterways with dry savanna and forest, producing some of Botswana's richest wildlife viewing. It is renowned for predators, including lion, leopard and the endangered African wild dog, alongside elephant and buffalo herds. Established by a local community, it was among the first reserves in Africa created on the initiative of its own people.
